Delivery options
If we have the goods in stock (can be seen for each product), we usually dispatch them on the day of ordering or the day after ordering. To ship on the day of ordering, several conditions must be met - the goods must not have atypical dimensions (because special shipping must be ordered), the goods must be ordered by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, and there must not be too many items in the order (usually more than five). We always strive for fast shipping.

We deliver ordered goods via the shipping companies listed on the Country of Delivery page. Shipments can usually be redirected to the shipping carrier's drop-off point. The delivery time after dispatch usually varies, depending on the country of delivery, from one to seven working days. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT in EUR currency and may vary depending on the weight of the shipment.
Payment options
We offer several options to pay for your purchase. Choose the one that suits you best. The prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Payment by credit card - free of charge
- Cash on delivery (limited number of countries only) - 1,50 EUR
- Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by card at the carrier or at the point of delivery
- Bank transfer - payment in advance - free of charge
